Fyro Citta Sling

I bought the Citta 1L after a bit of research. I really like this bag but I've now replaced it with the Sympl Sacoche Medium because the Citta does not quite fit my Kindle (it barely makes it with no case, can't at all with the case on). The Sympl happens to perfectly fit exactly what I carry, even though I think the Citta is a generally nicer bag.

What I like about the Citta:
* The strap is noticeably more comfortable. Very nice.
* It looks generally nicer -- cleaner lines, no wrinkles, matte, more structure.
* Key ring.

What I don't:
* It is a bigger, more structured bag than I want (which as noted, looks nice, I just find it more obtrusive than I'd prefer). I think most people would consider that a positive, but it's (comparatively) thick and heavy. I guess the padding is good, but I keep a kindle, phone, wallet and keys in my sling, all of which have their own case or don't need one. I prefer a slimmer, lighter bag. But I understand that it is functional, getting items out while carrying is maybe a little easier if the bag isn't floppy. I just spend far more time WEARING it than ACCESSING it, so I'd prioritize the wearing comfort.
* The shape doesn't really work for me, longer than I want and shorter than I need. Again probably a positive for lots of others, just isn't ideal for what I carry.
* Would have liked a hand strap for carrying, sometimes I don't want to mess with the shoulder strap.

It's overall a great bag. If the kindle fit in it nicely I would have been happy and not thought at all about switching.

Previously used the Bellroy Venture 6L, which was awesome but I always felt like it was just a bit too much. The Fyro is an incredible combination of functionality + it looks great. I took it on my first weekend trip paired with the Levo and it worked great.

Only small criticism is I’m not sure how easy it would be to just swing over the shoulder if I was in the winter with a thick coat. For that reason I wish it was easier to unbuckle at least at one end. But like virtually everything Aaron has made, this sling is a 10/10 on everything else.

I’ve tried countless slings to suit my needs but none have matched the Citta sling. It offers ample space for everyday carry and even more if needed. The standout feature is its ability to open up when worn. This provides maximum access to the sling’s interior eliminating the need to search through a cramped space. The opening expands so you can see and reach everything you need without worrying about items falling out. The interior colour is fantastic and ensures visibility. Don’t look elsewhere; this is truly the best sling on the market.

I watch so many of Aaron’s reviews..I took a chance and decided to trust all he knows about slings! WOW I’m glad I did! This is an AMAZING sling and it is everything I had hoped! So glad I trusted Aaron….and you should too! Just wish the shipping to Canada was not so expensive!

The comfort, the thoughtfulness and the execution on the Citta slings and all Fyro products for that matter is just stellar. Grab yourself one. Whatever size suits your needs and you won't be disappointed!!!
