Lifetime Coverage: The Basics

Your Fyro gear is covered for life against:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Faulty zippers, broken buckles, fraying seams—if it’s our fault, we’ll fix it.
  • Material Failures: Fabric tears or failures caused by normal use, not abuse.

Translation: If your bag isn’t performing like it should, we’ll make it right.

What’s Not Covered

While we’d love to protect your bag from everything, there are a few things we can’t include:

  • Cosmetic Wear & Tear: Scratches, scuffs, or faded fabric (we think it adds character).
  • Accidents & Abnormal Use: Damages caused by overloading, extreme abuse, or throwing your bag into a volcano.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Repairs or changes not made by our team or an approved partner.
  • Ownership Transfers: The warranty applies only to the original owner with proof of purchase.

The Fix Process: Easy as 1, 2, 3

  1. Start the Claim: Contact us at hello@fyro.co, or use the little chat icon in the bottom right hand corner. Snap some pics of the issue, provide your proof of purchase, and tell us what’s going on.
  2. Assessment: Our repair ninjas will evaluate the damage and determine if it’s covered.
  3. Repair or Replace: If it’s covered, we’ll let you know the next steps!

Shipping Costs

If there is an issue with your bag that is covered under our the warranty, we'll handle 100% of the shipping costs. After all, it's the right thing to do!

Cool backpack, with some design and quality control issues

I got this for my kid starting junior high. I appreciate the design ideas and aesthetic. My main feedback is the water bottle design - it is not practical when the hydrolock is on. It prevents full access to the main compartment. Also, I had some QC issues with one of the anchors for the hydrolock, causing one of the three latches to slip out.

For the cost, I hope these issues are addressed. Otherwise, great work in your design!

I've been following Nomad Nation for a bit as I researched 1-bag travel for family and friends. Aaron's reviews were awesome and I learned a ton. When he shared his own bag ambitions, I was super excited. I mean, who else could build a better bag than Nomad Nation?!?! I anxiously reviewed every video and blog on the Fyro bag and was determined to get my hands on one asap (oh so wanted to get a Founder's Edition on Kickerstarter, but failed). It took me longer than I wanted to, but I have one nonetheless!

Fortunately, I was able to get mine just in time for a 5-day trip to Florida. I was able to use the standard 22L to pack everything I needed for this trip and utilize as a personal item on Frontier Airlines! Money in the bag, baby!

Aside from being an immediate travel bag for me, I'm also extremely excited to leverage this as my command center. Being an IT professional and aspiring entrepreneur, this bag has everything I need....multiple device pockets, generous false bottom, appropriate padding, and ample accessory pockets. And let's not forget the front access panel...lovin' it!

While my primary functions are centered around travel and general tech, I envision myself expanding into the EDC category very soon with this bag. In fact, I've already made heavy use of The Vault and quick access area for everyday items (eye wear/cleaners, supplements, etc.) and keys . This is truly a do-it-all bag!

Regret: not getting the bottle holder with initial purchase. Since I bought the bag with initial travel usage and concerned that it might not arrive on time, I chose not to get the bottle holder initially. I wish I had got it since I don't see an option to get it independently.

Additional Pros: stupid light-weight...harness/straps/back-padding felt like I wasn't even wearing a backpack. Love the magnetic buckle for the chest strap and it definitely helps offset the weight. Copper interior is bangin'!!!! But I might be a bit biased (ginger, copper-colored car, Longhorn fan)!!! Zippers are smooth; zipper lockers are solid add-on; bag stands on its own...legit, no sh*t...packed with compression bags and it stood up-right on its own (insane!). Much appreciated the travel notebook that was included!

Cons: Don't see an option to purchase the bottle holder and premium key chain separately.

Wants: Copper Fyro emblem (I'd gladly add as a pin to the straps :P); small hole in front panel to allow charging cable pass-through; zippers with optional security loops (think Minnal) for customer options on locks. More accessories, particularly for the side of the bag that isn't using bottle accessory.

Love this bag!!!!

Overall, this the most exciting purchase I've made in a very long time. I'm truly excited for Fyro and Nomad Nation and hop everyone who reads this post will glean something from it. As my wife's MVP said...."Be Good, Do Good...God Bless"

Great Command Center!

Just wanted to say thank you for creating a great product. I just received my bag. I love the look, feel, and everything in between. However, I do have a minor concern. After viewing your videos of quality control while producing the bag, I was blown away at the attention to detail. My concern is that I’ve noticed a couple of threads coming from the stitching of the bag. It’s really minor to the naked eye, but I do have an eye for detail as well. One of the threads is coming from the hatch( orange in color). The other is black in color at the top of bag. Because I’ve waited, what seems like an eternity for the perfect bag I really hate to part with it, to wait for another bag. I just wanted to make you aware in the event anything more severe happened. Thanks again and can’t wait to see the travel pack and sling.

Great backpack but ……

It is a great backpack, I especially love the cushioning at the bottom of the bag. Great nylon material, love the pockets. However I have one concern, if possible can there be more color options both outside and especially on the internal lining. If another color like cream or bright taupe as the internal lining could be made available that would be great. Having another color option for both internal lining and external bag would be great. Otherwise really great backpack
