I just wanted to take a second and shout out the customer service team. Both Denise and Aly were extremely professional on how they handled my situation. I appreciate how they responded quickly and were able to help me with my complex case. As a consumer this is the support you want. Extremely grateful for everything they did to help me out.

Got the X-PAC version. And it.. is... AMAZING!! Best bag ever! Honestly. The comfort, style, and usability of this bag are absolutely incredible! I've never experienced a backpack like this. It over built to be the best EDC/travel bag ever. And I love it! Especially the back padding and shoulder straps. From the pictures, it seems like the x-pac version was given more padding for the back panel than the standard T22. And I really think that that amount of padding should be standard and the neoprene on the bag as well. It just makes more sense for the level of comfort you get.

Only cons I have is the hydro lock barely fits my 32oz yeti water bottle. Wish there were 2 sizes of the hydro lock to accommodate people wanting to use bigger bottles. And then there is the Hatch. The magnetic zipper pull tab is a cool idea, looks cool, and works well. The only time it gets annoying is when you don't put it back in the right spot and it gets stuck to the magnets for the Hatch. Makes it to where you can't grab and pull with quick muscle memory. Then there is the placement of the laser cut glasses straps. I think there a little too high and make putting sunglasses on them stick out awkwardly. Other than that, phenomenal bag!

And, I can't say enough good things about Aaron and his team! I unfortunately have fallen on hard times short after receiving the bag and was trying to return it. But, since I used it a few times and threw away the packaging, they still gave me a partial refund! Super nice of them and I really appreciate it. Which also means I have to sell the bag, which i don't want to. But, I didn't count on life happening after getting the bag. When I'm able to, I'm definitely gonna be getting the standard bag when I am able to again. The only thing I'll miss will the the extra back padding and that neoprene on the straps and back panel.

The feel of the bag is amazing, and after using it for a while there’s is only one thing that I thing needs improvement and thats the shoulder straps who's is a little slippery, so if you don’t use the middle string it glides off easily.

Got the X-Pack version and it’s been everything and more that’s been shared by Aaron. I say shared since he’s taken us along on his bag making journey, and so it doesn’t feel like advertising so much as he’s letting us in on his world. The X-Pack material held up great during a recent rain, and the versatility of the hydro locks are a clever design solution. The expansion is a great option for traveling, and overall it’s such a sick product. The customer service is also top notch.

The standout for this bag is definitely the comfort. The shoulder straps and back panel feel absolutely amazing and are extremely comfortable. This is great for its intended use as an EDC or travel bag.

For the hatch, I do like that there’s 3 ways to use it (unsecured with quick access, medium security with the lid covering the zipper, and full security with the zipper being tied and covered by the lid), and you of course have the option to alternate between the three depending on the scenario.

My only con with the bag is with the hydrolock. Removing it and adding it back can be a pain, and I don’t like that the hidden back pocket can’t be used when the hydrolock is attached.
