I am a perfectionist at the core and my journey for a backpack all started with the idea of finding the perfect bag for one bag travel that can also be used as a daily work bag.

6 months and hundreds of YouTube videos later, I came across the T22. I knew it was the one as soon as I saw it. Once it launched on kickstarter, I immediately backed it and counted the days from there.

I followed Aaron and team through the entire process and all of their updates. If you have any hesitation on purchasing this bag, don’t. Throw all your worries away, pull the trigger and buy the bag. You won’t be disappointed.

Premium materials, unparalleled breathable back support system, and my favourite part, the best shoulder straps I have ever used. I have broad shoulders and a larger frame which makes fitting traditional backpacks comfortably for long periods of time a struggle. This backpack has not only met my comfort needs but has exceeded expectations in every way.

After writing this review, I have discovered the end game bag. Think this will be my next purchase!

The best bagpack I ever had..a bagpack for life

I typically don't go out of my way to write reviews, but this bag and the customer support have worked a 5 star review out of me. I ordered an anniversary edition of this bag in X-Pac, and when it arrived there were a few minor functional issues with the bag. These issues didn't affect negatively impact my experience with the bag, but I reached out to customer support nonetheless in hopes of helping the QA process along as I understand the complexities that come with manufacturing.

I took the bag with me on a short work trip even with the issues, and was blown away both by the functionality and comfort that it provides. I have a fairly wide chest and shoulders and normally find most bags uncomfortable. In my limited experience with other bag companies, this feels like the best combination of Goruck for strap thickness, Aer for width and structure, and Tom Bihn for comfort of the padding. Aaron always talks about comfort with this bag and yet still managed to understate it. Also, the front hatch is a controversial but legitimately useful feature. I found myself putting my quick access items in there and actually enjoyed the feel of using the magnetic closure of the lid. The X-Pac material also provided structure and peace of mind for me traveling around not only San Francisco but also Seattle where I was immediately caught in the rain on first carry. The zippers are smooth, the tech hub feels like a luxury pocket for your laptop, and pockets are well laid out and encourage use with their placement unlike some others I've used. Fyro really has created something special with these bags and the commitment to quality along every step of the process for their customers from purchase, to support, to actually using the products and noting the clear thought that went into the bags is indicative of a company that genuinely wants to be among the top in an industry that had started to feel a bit stale.

After all that, customer support found a way to resolve the matter of the minor issues for me. And this was despite my persistence that they were minor and I didn't feel they warranted action but I was doing my part to help notify them as a satisfied customer that simply wanted to see this company succeed and provide honest feedback.

I was on the fence admittedly about these bags. But the experience of actually using one combined with the support I received mean that I am now anxiously awaiting the release of what I can only assume will actually be my endgame bag, the Citta 25L.

Bag is just amazing; super comfortable, plenty of space and so unique! I also love the modular design and the anti-theft system, that's so thoughtful. I'm also happy I got the waxed canvas model, so i'm pretty sure this puppy will age like fine wine.

The bag is great it was just too small for me. But customer service is not efficient nor very responsive.
